When will I get my tracking number?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your parcel ships, the tracking number is emailed to you automatically. If it has been longer than that, check your spam folder before getting in touch.
My tracking number is not working yet
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to register a new parcel. If there is still no movement after two days, contact us and we will look into it.
My order arrived in separate parcels
Orders with several items may ship separately depending on supplier and availability, and each parcel has its own tracking number. If one item arrives before another, the rest is still on its way.
